Our executive coaching and T-Sessions® apply both an organization development and coaching-counseling process to help leaders and teams identify, facilitate, and accelerate “next level” developmental goals into transformative change and growth. All inquires about our executive coaching or team T-Sessions® are confidential.
The initial executive coaching assessment session is conducted face-to-face to learn about our client's goals, needs, issues, background, and desired outcomes. After the initial session, an assessment process and development plan provide our clients with an agreed upon framework for our work together. Depending on our client's goals and needs, executive coaching sessions can be delivered either face-to-face, virtually, or by phone.
